How do I apply

The application is on line at CEEPUS  for all the details and specifications you can ask your national agency that you find under a national flag at this web page.
Scholarships are awarded for the academic year period from 1st of October 2010 and until 30th September 2011.

National regulation

National regulation for professors is 1 professor per network!!! Visiting teachers need to arrange the accommodation by themselves with the help of the host institution.

What documents do I need

After you will be nominated CMEPIUS will send documentation to you and you can apply for visa if needed.

Tax, contract

When you will come to Slovenia you will have to open a bank account, in order to do this you will have to get a Slovenian tax number. After receiving the number you go to any bank and open an account. When you will get a bank account, please send me your tax number and your bank account number as soon as possible in order to make you a contract and to transfer the money.

Teacher report

When your exchange is over you have to send Teachers report to CMEPIUS. Please be careful the last page  of the report is Letter of confirmation that has to be signed by your coordinator/mentor at your host institution. You also have to do your Mobility report in CEEPUs system (example) where you have applied for your scholarship.
